Please consider the following careers:

Musician

This is the biggest dream of many music lovers who enrolled in schools of music to become professionals in the future. You can become a solo performer and produce your own album if you can do it. There are many recording companies you can also try. Who knows you will be chosen and this will be a good start. Many famous singers and musicians started from scratch until they become entertainers and total performers.

Composer

There are also those who become composers since they like creating music when they are still in music colleges. Others work professionally as composers and at the same time they are performers on stage. They receive much higher income especially if they are contracted by big recording companies. There are many composers that cannot sing and they concentrate themselves in song writing.

Music director

This position is usually in recording companies. If you are a music professional who comes from music education schools then you have great chances of working in this company as music director. In this position you are to manage a lot of staff and employees but you can’t simply apply for this kind of job if you don’t have enough experience. Usually, only professionals that have been in the business for many years qualify for the position.

Music professor

In order to become a music professor you should also have some experience in teaching music and at least be graduated from a consistent music schools. Teaching profession is not of great income potential in the academic world. However, when you’ve become a master or have a doctorate status in music, this is also the time to become music school dean, or music college dean and to have a very reasonable income.

Others

There are hundreds of career opportunities to which you can also apply if you fresh graduated in music such as becoming employee of music recording companies, back up musician in televisions, music professor in small music studios, etc.
