One of the strategic method that this secondary schools that been done was to give out several training to their teachers in order to equip them to become good and effective teachers. Since, teachers are the prime mover upon educating their learners and molding them to become a highly caliber individuals in the society possessing great knowledge and skills in life.

With the determinations of the secondary schools here in England to provide a good and quality of educational services to their students, this on probationary secondary schools have regained back their good educational reputation. For that matter, the England government officials are very much hopeful that these GSCE good results for all schools throughout England will continually hold on and be even more improved as the years to come.
