He have stated that this university had already been their since 1986 that produces this employable graduates who are not just employable but entirely been equipped with their graduate that entirely attributes upon recognizing for global situation. This programme entirely teaches on this valuable technical skills and this soft skills considered as a Peer that been Assisted for their Study Session (PASS) for spearheaded through this UCSI University’s Centre intended for their Learning Excellence. With that, this PASS programme entirely provides these learners together an avenue for working together in order to have a better understanding for their educational academic subjects, reinforcing key concepts and for the development for efficient study strategies.

This PASS programme entirely targets those who got some difficulties in their traditional academic subjects like those that got on a higher failure rating and got some withdrawals or for those that been perceive through this learners that been considered as difficult. This provides a regular scheduling for out of their classes, into their peer facilitated sessions that entirely been open for the entire learners who are taking on their respective subjects and joining on towards in voluntary basis. In every semester, this students for this programme are entirely been trained through the qualification of this PASS supervisors before their sessions have started upon. Those learners who have just gone through this sessions would entirely been developing this critical thinking and even for the evaluation of their respective skills as well together their problem solving skills.

With that, this PASS of UCSI University will be considered as a structured programme that entirely been recognize internationally. This entirely been adopted from University of Wollongong of Australia PASS model that incidentally considered as National Centre for this PASS in Australia. So, this UCSI University’s PASS programme had already been proving not only towards increasing numbers of learners who have just passed on their subjects but as well increasing their quality for their passing grades. Just for an instance, one third of those who have passed on this calculus and as well this analytical geometry classes were this PASS learners. So, this media law and ethic classes got about 50% of this learners who have just passed on their subject were PASS learners.
